Had lunch there today the service was very slow. The waitress failed to bring a drink we had ordered twice. My child's hamburger was dripping blood. There were also flies in the building... not exactly my cup of tea.

We dined at Ruby Tuesday last night, 9/1/17. We were seated right away, and our server was wonderful. As far as the food goes, it was delicious. I had steak and shrimp and Ken had salmon. Will be going back soon.
These people try so hard, customer service A+, thank you very much for a good time.
Good food BUT... •Salad bar violates all safe food handling techniques (putting new food on top of old food EACH time, they stated they only have 1 bowl for each lettuce and don't wash them). •Poor waitservice. •Alcoholic drinks are more watered down and weak than natural light at college party.
Love the staff! Very attentive to my needs. My food is always prepared just the way I like it, and I love the variety on the salad bar. I would recommend Ruby Tuesday to all my friends.
I used to love Ruby Tuesday, but over the past few years have been increasingly disappointed. This visit will be my last. The service was so-so, my husband's burger was just okay, the salad bar was disappointing at best, and the ladies room was just nasty.
Our service was great, the food was really good, I will return
