Recommendedour food and service was good.
We had a coupon and they acted like we had made the coupon- I work at a hotel and get coupons all the time and never had a problem but today was different and very unprofessional of them to treat us this way! Your corporate office mailed these out and that’s not my problem you didn’t know about the coupon.
The whole visit was a train wreck.

RecommendedYesterday we dined at this location which has been a favorite of ours for a long time. We arrived around 330pm for late lunch. Our server was lovely. However the salad bar was a mess, the lettuce trays were empty and all the items were picked through. We had to ask for fresh items in order to make a salad. Of course the burger arrives before I was able to get my salad. The burger was cooked to order the lettuce tomato and bun were all a soggy mess, so I just ate half with no bun. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Ruby Tuesdays. It is easy to see why so many are closing. I got an email from RTuesday Sunday morning. The header of the email said Today only Garden bar $5 & $3.99 cheeseburger. Cant decide have them both for 7.98. The email also mentions "participating location". there were 5 employees standing by the hostess table ignoring us and talking to each other rather than seating us, food was not nearly the quantity that you see on the menu, my plate was half empty actually and when we paid, we wanted to use one of those coupons that always come in the mail and the waitress told us we had to tell her at the time we placed the order that we were gonna use a coupon, talked to the manager who also would not accept the coupon ... not going back there .... EVER
