We were the first in the restaurant on Sunday, May 10th (Mother's Day). We waited 90 minutes on food. There were only like 2-3 other groups in here. They should have stayed closed.
the place looked so dirty. food on my table and in my chair. walls looked like they hadn't been cleaned in 10 years. ladies bathroom smelled heavily of mold or mildew. go there right at opening time for the day and both trash cans in ladies room was overflowing with used paper towels 3 toilets hadn't been flushed. husbands steak was cooked well done not medium. service was slow.

I have to say this was the most disappointing service I’ve ever received at a RT location. Slow service, sub par staff, and the food was awful. My steak was burnt on the outside and cold on the inside, it took 2 hours to get my food, and my server was scatter brained and forgot to put my food in more than once. Will not be back here! Don’t recommend it at all.

I usually don’t complain about restaurants. I’m a server myself and my fiancé works in the kitchen at the same restaurant. We have come to Ruby Tuesday’s plenty of times and the food is always excellent and the service is usually friendly. However, we came in today at 2:00 (which isn’t a busy time for any restaurant) and ordered a spinach dip to start off with. The server said she’d ring it in. She came back and took order.
