We where there tonight our waitress was awesome,but other than that was awful the salad bar was awful I have a family of five my kids got to eat an one hour later I took my wife and I food to go I was out $65 !!! get home one my box have a burger and 14 tots needless to say we will never return!!!!!
we were served in dirty glasses and when we brought it to Amandas the managers attention we were told it happens and got a half assed apology. this isn't the first time we have had issues but it will be the last we wont make the mistake the third time.
These are their veggie fajitas... seriously. They gave me like 1 tablespoon of veggies. Not even enough to fill 1 tortilla. Waste of money!
Recommendedwent for some food and drinks at the bar. best service I have ever had from a restaurant bar. food was excellent as well
The first time I ordered was like a dream. Wonderful food! Except, no strawberries on the cheesecake. I ordered again today, for my last time; expecting the same wonderful taste experience. The steak had no seasoning. The potato was undercooked. And, AGAIN, no strawberries on the cheesecake.! oh, well. guess you can't win them all. but, gee, it's so expensive! lesson learned!
The building is a dump and is not clean. I've seen rest stops cleaner than this restaurant. I took my 3 year old to the bathroom. Our feet stuck to the carpet and tile floors on our way. Every toilet had urine and paper in them. It was hot and smelly in the restroom. My daughter commented on the stench immediately. Already disgusted, when we returned to our table, guests at a neighboring table found a hair in their ribs. We will not be returning.
We had a pretty bad experience with Ruby Tuesday today. Their food is usually pretty good. Not sure what happened. We ordered, went to pick it up and stood at the entrance for a good while. Seemed as if only one waitress was working tables and she looked up at the door several times but never acknowledged us. When she finally walked us over to the bar to pick up the order we were told it wasn't ready yet. No big deal but waited a pretty good bit for that as well. we waited one hour and half, then when we get it the broccoli was cool and the mashed potatoes to and had only one refill of tea which we asked for!
We stood at the entrance no hostess/host in sight. We dared to chance a dine in and ended up driving to Spring Hill. Longhorn Steakhouse welcomed our buisness.
