Number one, Crackle Barrel next door was my first choice, but it was so crowded, I didn’t want to wait. Should have just waited, because Ruby Tuesday was so busy we sat at the bar. Not up to the normal standards of RT’s. Slow service. Not as courteous as I would expect. No offer of compromise when my shrimp dish was unavailable. Tried to charge for a dish that I did not get. Hopefully the franchise operation will intervene and sort the place out. I’m unimpressed.
Worst Ruby Tuesday's I have ever been to ever. Definitely needs a visit from upper management to evaluate staff...Pretty bad... :(
We were on our way home to FL after Irma. Service was good. Food was great. Ambiance was good. It didn't blow my mind. However for my husband and I. Who had been on the run from the hurricane for 6 days, and at this point been in the car for 9 hours. They food was great, and our server took great car of us.
Ordered food online. My 13 year old son went to pay for it. After my son came back to the car, my wife realized that they gave him the wrong order! The cashier ran to the parking lot, like we stole the food. But if you know how Ruby Tuesday works, you have to pay before you get out. Also my wife was already on her way back in stating this was the wrong order. To top it off they didn't even have our order in their system! We definitely will not go back there ever!
Obviously there was no manager there tonight because the place was almost dead and the wait staff and kitchen staff stayed in the kitchen laughing hysterically while the few customers sat and waited WAY too long to be waited on. Ordered take out and food is missing from the boxes. Should've checked before leaving but after being there an hour and the place is dead you expect that your order will be right. Stinks, salad was not fresh, cherry tomatoes are soft, and make sure to clean because the rug smells.
Service is awful! Not to mention that the women at the table right behind us were using foul launguage and saying things that my 13 year old or 11 year should not hear. The server Mike acted like his mind was else where. He forgot our drinks and I had to go to the bar to tell the bartendar what drink I wanted. By this point I got my children and walked up front and asked for a manager. I did not have to pay for the food we half got and kindly to him I was writing this review and would not be back!
