It was a disaster. Baked potatoes were burnt to a crisp. My wife's chicken fresco was way under size. The manager was afraid to come talk to us about the poor quality of our food. Go to the Cracker Barrel next door for a better meal.
Poor service, plain and simple. We had a group of 8 people and no one ever came to seat us. I saw at least 5 separate people that worked there look directly at us and then ignore us. Not even a "we'll be right with you" or anything. We stood there for around 10 minutes or so and weren't acknowledged at all, even with us calling out to try and get someone's attention. We left to go eat somewhere else.
Went there for supper at 530 after getting off of work. No servers available in areas we wanted to sit. Wouldn't be until 615. The seater didn't even try to remedy the problem. He didn't care one iota what we did. So we left. Bad customer service. Have never been told that. We always sit in bar area. The bartender would wait on us. Not tonight. Not sure of the problems in this restaurant. Must be cut backs. Can't wait on customers if no servers.
My friend and I had to send our dishes back. Chicken and broccoli pasta, it was extremely salty. I replaced my meal with ribs and they came back over cooked. My friend replaced hers with wings which were fine. Our waitress was great, and the manager came back and apologized. We were only charged for our appetizer and one drink so that was the one � to our entire visit at this particular restaurant.
My daughter and I got a BOGO free entree in an email to be used today only so we decided to eat there last minute. We requested a booth and the manager put us in one right away. There wasn't many people around where we were sitting so that was nice. Our waitress was wonderful from the moment we got there until we left. My daughter can be picky sometimes and didn't like the balsamic vinaigrette that was on her chicken. Service was a little slow esp for the amount of people. That said we were not in a hurry and the food was wonderful:)
