Restaurant was clean. Tables clearly marked where not to sit. Food was good. Waitress was very pleasant.
Poor safe practices for our current health crisis. No masks for most servers; not separating diners throughout very large dining area; not monitoring safe practices at salad bar (which should really be closed down during this crisis). Customers were not using gloves on commonly used utensils at the bar despite sign to do so; also not wearing masks. Variety of items on salad bar, pleasant and professional staff always eager to get your order as desired .
Very slow service. I understand sometimes things happen but it should be addressed. We had a sandwich and chips and cheese. It took just a bit over an hour to come. Then the check took forever also. The young man who brought the food out didn’t make eye contact and then called me sir out of habit. Lack of training on customer service. I will say that a manager came out and gave us a dessert for our trouble but sometimes that’s not enough to make up for it. Total time was just shy of 2 hours!!

we enjoyed the meal. the friendliness of the staff very much. after a long drive it was relaxing.
smaller then expected portions, paid for loaded baked potato forgot sour cream and butter, asked for side salad with meal didn't receive and meal started out with no utensils with a very oblivious server didn't even recognize the obvious to busy cleaning instead of paying attention to her customers
Great chicken sandwich. The salad bar is the best. Wonderful service.
