I had been a patient of Dr. Ruby's for 3 years. I book cleanings a year in advance. November of 2016 I had a cleaning scheduled and was out of town for a medical emergency. I called the office a week in advance to cancel my appointment and to schedule another one. I was told I could not get in for an appointment for a cleaning until March of 2017. Drive 100 miles from Dallas to get Dr. Ruby to work on my teeth. He does what you need and doesn't pressure you to spend your life savings for things you don't. Won't go anywhere else.
I've been seeing Dr Ruby for well over ten years. I never dreamed I would be getting a root canal . I don't recall how he mentioned it but all the root canals I've had were very expensive and were done by a specialist in a scary looking room. But before I knew it mine was done.I had zero pain afterwards but, with a specialist in another state, my face swelled up and hurt. Not only that, but by the time you're driving away from his office the numbness is gone! He's also hilarious and inexpensive.
Excellent service. I have worn partials since high school and never had ones that fit me correctly until Dr. Ruby fitted me with a set. Walked out of the office and didn't have to return for adjustments. I highly recommend him and his staff.
He is excellent ! Very efficient at what he does ! I will not go anywhere else !
