I had been a patient of Dr. Ruby's for 3 years. I book cleanings a year in advance. November of 2016 I had a cleaning scheduled and was out of town for a medical emergency. I called the office a week in advance to cancel my appointment and to schedule another one. I was told I could not get in for an appointment for a cleaning until March of 2017. Excellent service. I have worn partials since high school and never had ones that fit me correctly until Dr. Ruby fitted me with a set. Walked out of the office and didn't have to return for adjustments. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Yes, I trust them Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Dr Ruby has a way of making you feel relaxed and you can tell it's a goal of his. He has a good sense of humor and an air of compassion.
