Took my road bike to another local bike shop and was quoted over $400 for a tube up and parts they claimed I needed to replace. Being a new rider, there was no way I was going to pay that much. I went to Rubber Soul and they did a tune up for $75 bucks and assured me everything else was in great shape. Honest, helpful, knowledgeable...Rubber Soul has a customer for as long as im riding...
I've been recently getting back into cycling and was looking for a nice bike but didn't want to spend a fortune. Thank you Dave for helping me decide on my Specialized Roubaix, I love it. He helped me find a bike that was right for what I wanted and the budget I needed to stay in. He made sure the bike fit me and was what I wanted. Just want to give a shout out! I rode my bike to the nail salon next door and a nice employee noticed my bike wasn't properly locked up, she did me a solid, and stored it safely for me. When I went to retrieve it they put air in it too! WOW! Grade A community service, will definitley be back when I need a service. Thanks!
As an aspiring Olympian, I cannot express enough how lucky I feel to have this bike shop here in Fresno! Rubber Soul is amazing! Best bike shop I have ever worked with. Aside from the vast inventory, Rubber Soul has an unmatched amount of experience & wisdom, not to mention that they are incredibly passionate about helping the cycling community. Words cannot express how much I love this bike shop! I also love the fact that they have almost zero turnover, so I always see the same familiar faces that make me feel like family.

I bought my bike a few years ago from this most excellent bike shop. Rich was able to help me make the selection of the right bike for me. He also handled the insurance as my previous bike had been stolen. I love the friendliness of the staff and the great service my bicycle has received. They kept my daughter on the road, as she was able to ride with us in the Tour De Fresno. Great Job Rubber Soul.
