Just left Rubber Soul, another new Cx bike, Trek Boone built up. I allowed RS to spec the frame and components, not something I would normally do but they do know bikes and better yet their Clients. I have purchased likely well more than a dozen bikes from Rich and Ben over nearly 4 decades of their service to Cycling. Their service is exceptional and commitment to their clients is second to none.
I was in Rubber Soul yesterday to have a cassette swapped out on my gravel bike. To my surprise they provided the service, while I waited, and then didn't charge me anything only asked that I return. I have & I will! I live up in the mountains in North fork. There's a local bike shop near by in Oakhurst, but they have terrible service and their prices are ridiculous.
