Jennifer was great help. I went in not knowing a whole lot about bikes other than I knew I wanted to leave with a road bike. Jennifer spent 2 solid hours with me making sure I left with the right bike and necessities I needed to get going. I’ll definitely be back. My budget dictates my every breath.......and I knew I was being treated special (because I kno the owner)....until I noticed them treating everyone the same way........took my daughter to the park, and the bike rode great.......thanks guys !

I just bought my 5th bike from Ben. This one was for my teenage daughter. Jen helped us pick out a Trek Skye. We took it on her first ride (North Fork of the Merced River, single track with many rocky challenging sections) yesterday, and my daughter loved it! I'm so happy that Ben and Rich are still in the business. These guys (and the rest of the staff- Jen!) know bikes and know how to treat their customers. Look for my friend, she's in the market for a mtn. bike. ;)
