During this pandemic, the bike shops have been packed due to people more than ever wanting to exercise and get outdoors, myself included. I am more of a rollerblader(yes even today haha) but came across an old but still beautiful Schwinn at Yoshi for a cheap price and knew I wanted to have it. Jon is my hero. I’ve gotten really into cycling in the last year and my enthusiasm was much greater than my ability to choose a bike that made sense for me and fit it properly. Jon has helped me IMMENSELY and my happiest moments on a bike are credited to Jon, Rich and all of the good people at the best little bike shop in the country. If you are looking for a consistent, friendly and honest response to your cycling requirements, this is the place to go. Rich and his team have always been there for me. I recently had an issue and the resolved it in a timely manner and at a fair price.
Everyone in the shop is extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Pablo and Darrell (sp?) not only helped me get my bike fixed, but gave me helpful advice as I asked. I'm a total beginner and it's nice to have a place where the experts don't "talk down" to you when you ask questions. Thanks Rubber Soul Bicycles!
