The absolute worst. Did not get any communication until a week before closing. Then, they sent out checks to the wrong location.
Very professional team. They were on top of their game from day one. Conrad and Luisa were fantastic and made sure my Fiance and I were comfortable and at peace with the whole process.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with RTE Title Company and their handling of a recent closing. From the start, communication was poor and unprofessional. The title representative requested sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, via unsecured email. This raised serious concerns about data security, and I refused to comply. These guys were great, they helped me, and my mom process my case on my home. Especially all the legal matters that came with it. Would definitely recommend them for anything else, just came here to drop their first 5 stars.
