I own 2 homes in Millersville both of which have heat pumps. I have used RSC exclusively for service on both units for the past 18 months. Their service staff is always friendly. I have had two men work on the units - Greg and Chuck. They always arrive on time, get their work done in a competent, business-like manner, answer all questions I have and explain what they did when they are finished. The repair service employees have always been prompt, courteous and very professional. When our heating system failed, Steve discussed ALL our options from repairs to replacement of our dated system. Chuck from RSC came today to clean and service our oil furnace. From the moment we met him until his departure, we knew that we were in good hands. Chuck was very personable, did an outstanding job of checking the furnace and replacing a weak component, and was efficient with his time. All the while, putting up with a lot of barking from our very vocal dachshund who wasn't pleased with his presence. RSC installed the original system in my home and has serviced the system since that date--18years. Steve Beeler and Chuck Garrett are PAR EXCELLENT! Their knowledge, dedication and "always there" to answer my questions and provide service cannot be exaggerated or overestimated. As a result,I have never had a problem with my system. It is evident that they embrace the total quality concepts and practice them.
