This is our second time using RSC Heating and Air Conditioner. It is always easy to get a timely appointment scheduled and the staff seems easy to work with overall. I like the fact that the don't give you a two or four hour window for your appointment time. They actually give you a specific time that they will arrive. That is really great given today's culture of busy schedules. Lorraine P.

Our HVAC system is 17 years old. Last week it stopped blowing cold air. Called RSC and Chuck was on site in two hours. After an hour he had cold air coming again. Great company and quality employees

I was looking for a service organization to service and maintain my HVAC system, RSC came highly recommended to me. When I purchased my home in 2014, I knew nothing about a heat pump and how they operated. I was very pleased with the technician that was sent out, Chuck, he was very helpful. He was punctual, courteous and respectful to myself and my home. He was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the answer to each of my questions. RSC Is excellent. Our air conditioning units was installed in 2005. Unit and duct design have consistently given even and economical cooling. Service, which has been limited, is on time and geared to preventive care. Sounds like a commercial, but it is really has been a good experience. Tom May 20, 2015

RSC is unbeatable. They respond to your call in no time and fix whatever problems you have in the blink of an eye. Their spring-fall maintenance plan also means that you won't have problems very often. They are knowledgeable and friendly and reasonably priced. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

14 years ago our townhouse was built, and RSC installed the Carrier Gas Furnace & Air Conditioning units. We have had RSC perform yearly maintenance, and the units have been providing us with continuous, dependable comfort. The service technicians are prompt, thorough, knowledgeable and courteous: even our dog enjoys their visits! When the time comes, I see no reason why we should look elsewhere for replacement equipment and continuing service. RSC has served us well.

In 3/12 we bought a gas furnace, A.C. & hot water heater from RSC. They exceeded our expectations for installation. We have done bi-annual maintenance with them ever since. However, our hot water heater broke in 5/14 under warranty. They only charged us labor. Then, it broke again this March and they covered both parts and labor. We are unhappy with the expensive high efficiency hot water heater breaking but happy with their prompt and professional service.
