Yesterday afternoon I suddenly found myself in a very cold house with a sick pet who had just undergone three surgeries. The thermostat said "system malfunction", call Carrier. Feeling lost and confused, I made that call and was referred to RSC. The owner, Steve, personally, came out on the service call last night. Chuck was prompt, courteous, and informative! He arrived when he said he would. He took the time to truly explain what was wrong with my system and gave me all the possible options and outcomes so that I could make an informed decision about the repair of my furnace. No high pressure tactics to cause further expense. My bill was exactly as quoted! I will continue to use RSC and would highly recommend them to anyone!

My call for service was answered promptly and professionally. Service was provided 3 hours later. The technician was friendly and courteous. I am happy with the service I received today and will definitely consider RSC for further HVAC work in the future.

RSC Is the "BEST". Last week I had no heat. My furnace stopped working. RSC came out the same day, made repairs and had me up and running in a very short period of time. Chuck was my technician. He was very personable and knows his stuff. I plan on using RSC for maintaining "ALL" my Heating and Air Conditioning needs. I will refer them to everyone I know.

RSC installed the air conditioning system in our old city home 20 years ago. When they came back today to do a regular maintenance on it, it was still working at peak capacity. Frankie went above and beyond when he checked the very old gas furnace. He patched the chimney and cleaned out the ashes from the fireplace. He answered all my questions, made suggestions and made me feel safe and confident that my home would be comfortable until next year's annual maintenance. RSC has always been 100% reliable. We've been working with the company for a few years and they're always right on target. Always very clean, never anything to clean or replace after they leave, even with the installation of our unit. Would (and do) recommend them to our friends and family.

We have used RSC for over 15 years. They have been involved with replacement equipment plus yearly service and maintenance. Last year we moved to a new home and we decided to continue with RSC. The technician that has served us, Chuck Garrett, continues to impress with his professionalism, skill, and knowledge. Not only did he check out our new HVAC system but found some things that needed corrected and he fixed them on the spot. I would recommend RSC to anyone. John Beyerlein

Our heating and hot water system stopped running overnight. Called RSC and they had Chuck out by lunchtime to investigate the issue. Within an hour he had the problem fixed and heat was restored! Excellent company with great technicians. Thanks again RSC!
