Back in March, I physically went to the office and made an appointment. There wasn't anything before May 16th, which was an inconvenience. Three weeks before my appointment date, I called to ask for an earlier, available date. I also inquired if I needed to fast for any blood tests, the receptionist said: "No, we will give a referral". Fast forward today, I went for my appointment, and the same receptionist said that I can't see the doctor because I need to take my blood test prior to seeing him. SMH. El doctor es altamente calificado la atención del personal es muy amable, me gustaría sugerir que se respete el horario de la cita de los pacientes, debido a que se atiende en orden de llegada sin importar a que hora es tu cita y no todos contamos con la disponibilidad de tiempo de llegar antes y para ello se programa una cita, el atender de acuerdo al orden de llegada genera retrasos en el horario del día y tambien afecta a las personas que tenemos el tiempo justo para asistir a una cita medica.
