I was driving down Manatee Road behind this guy and on two separate occasions he littered trash. Once was a Styrofoam cup and the next was a plastic bottle. That was just in the 5 minutes behind him. If I had time to drive behind him all day and night I guess I'd figure out why the sides of the road in Chiefland look like a garbage dump at times. I have it on video because of my dash cam too
