Purchased a 1997 Ford F-250 Powerstroke. We got a good deal and we left happy. The very next day, the light bar that was mounted with flimsy sheet metal fell off the truck while we were driving. 6 weeks later... the transmission suffered a catastrophic failure and needs replaced. When I called R&R I was offered the “family discount” on labor ($20 less per hour) and nothing more. Now I’m looking at a $3,500 repair. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
We came in a few times was thinming of a truck didnt happen but Daniel was so patient and accommodating to to helping Daniel was great, here we are a week almost 2 weeks and I’m having transmission issues this vehicle only has 32k miles on it hoping ford warranty that I was promised will take care of this, upset with this entire issue along with getting the run around.
