Purchased a Jeep from Wllliam Nehrir (Billy). Was not expecting perfect, but Jeep was a bit misrepresented. That's not my main complaint. Took 3 months of aggravation to get the title. Billy tells me in December that the title paperwork was sent to Sacramento (MVD HQ) and can take up to 6 weeks. Week 7 I call MVD amd after 2 hours on hold they look into the title application and say there are no pending requests for this VIN. Throughout this process Billy ensures me everything is sent in. Horrible customer service. Almost all the employees I came to contact with were extremely rude and they treat their employees very badly. My family member got a car from here and was guaranteed that it was in perfect condition. The car broke down in less than a week and needed thousands of dollars in repairs. We tried talking to them about it and they wouldn’t help with anything: strongly recommend that you do not buy from here !!!!

RecommendedJust bought a car from them and the process was so nice and easy. From the salesman to the finance guy to the owner, every single one of them made it enjoyable to buy a car. I’ve bought a few cars in my day and this place was by far more superior than any other car lot. I 100% recommend that everyone should buy a car through them! I’ll be back , that’s for sure !
Horrible customer service, wouldn’t let them fix my lawnmower never mind a vehicle, they don’t stand behind the warranty they sell. Shop elsewhere.

My family and I have bought 6 cars & 3 dirt bikes from R&R over the last 4 1/2 yrs, always serviced at R&R with no issues. Awesome people. They take care of their customers. Will always come back to R&R for service on my vehicles.Great customer service!!!!!
Terrible customer service and won’t honor warranty’s they sell. Claim the vehicles are given an inspection before being put out to sell and that’s a flat out lie.
