All they care about is the sale. Their warranty is just a scam to get your money. Go spend your hard earned money else where!!
horrible place to deal with . no customer service
Horrible customer service. Avoid this place at all cost. They don’t back what they sell or support their customer. Their warranty is garbage. They deny every claim cause the dealer fails to do its job. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
There business practice is horrible they sell extended warranty on cars they say they service and inspect to make sure there Ross worthy. And than 6,000 miles later transmission toast due to lack of maintenance. And now they say I am responsible for the truck because I bought it as is even though they sold me an extended warranty
My husband and I bought our first brand new car from these guys. Had a few issues with the car we purchased which the guys at R&R felt bad about. They apologized and immediately handle the situation. They stood by there word to take care of us.
RecommendedMy family has purchased five cars over the years from R&R auto group. All great experiences. Sales staff are supportive but not pushy, service center is friendly and thorough.
This place is worthless. We waited 5.5 hours for them to tell us that they could not approve our loan. We ended up going to another dealership and bought a truck that was in better condition, with less miles, less of a down payment, a better APR, and cheaper monthly payments, and we were in an out in 2.5 hours. Absolutely ridiculous that this sales lot could not get us approved. Funny how the other dealership didn't have problems with our different addresses (mine and my boyfriends). What a joke...
