Reality stars Bill and Giuliana Rancic teamed up with chef Doug Psaltis and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You and created the concept for RPM. Combining their initials and various talents, the group created a menu featuring modern Italian cuisine. The menu runs the gamut serving Venetian style starters like fried olives, provolone stuffed peppers and chicken liver crostini. I recently took my girlfriends here for a Birthday dinner. I called a week earlier for reservations and they were already booked solid. We decided to take a chance at it anyways and the staff was so accommodating! They did everything to make sure we had a table as soon as possible and checked on us quite often to ensure our satisfaction. It was an amazing experience from the atmosphere, the wait staff, to the ridiculously delicious food. My friends and I could not believe how delicious it was!! Surpassed our expectations!!
