Reality stars Bill and Giuliana Rancic teamed up with chef Doug Psaltis and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You and created the concept for RPM. Combining their initials and various talents, the group created a menu featuring modern Italian cuisine. The menu runs the gamut serving Venetian style starters like fried olives, provolone stuffed peppers and chicken liver crostini. Was there for the first time on Saturday to celebrate my Mother's Birthday. It was a wonderful experience and had the best Waitress. Thanks Britney for making my moms day so special.
Enjoyed our restaurant week meal last night but realized this morning that the Provolone Stuffed Peppers were never brought out. We had great service and the food that was brought out was good, but I am disappointed that it was possible for a dish to be completely forgotten, especially when we paid for it.
