Reality stars Bill and Giuliana Rancic teamed up with chef Doug Psaltis and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You and created the concept for RPM. Combining their initials and various talents, the group created a menu featuring modern Italian cuisine. The menu runs the gamut serving Venetian style starters like fried olives, provolone stuffed peppers and chicken liver crostini. Amazing food you have to try the Egg plant parm and Carbonara! Very impressive! Bar lacked a little in the personality dept but other then that, it was excellent!

Our server (Alex G) was fantastic and the food was delicious! Garlic truffle bread, stuffed peppers, carbonara, G's Italian salad, filet with garlic mashed, and dessert - all fantastic!
