Reality stars Bill and Giuliana Rancic teamed up with chef Doug Psaltis and Molly Melman of Lettuce Entertain You and created the concept for RPM. Combining their initials and various talents, the group created a menu featuring modern Italian cuisine. The menu runs the gamut serving Venetian style starters like fried olives, provolone stuffed peppers and chicken liver crostini. One of my favorites#
We had an amazing meal at RPM this weekend! Everything was fresh, delicious and beautiful to the eye. Our server was very attentive without being intrusive, and made our dining experience and exceptional event. Quality is not sacrificed for quantity, and I left feeling satisfied, but not painfully stuffed. Beautiful restaurant, wonderful people and amazing food!

Had a amazing meal for my engagement dinner! I have a flour allergy and was amazed that u had gluten free pasta!!! I was full of wine and pasta!!! Happy happy happy! Thank u I will be back next time I'm in town:)
