Es un condominio muy antiguo y le falta mantenimiento y renovación, no cuenta con piscina ni tampoco un gimnasio, el parque infantil que tiene está destruido y anticuado nunca recibe ningún tipo de servicios o de mantenimientos , los parques son realmente pequeños y reducidos , la seguridad no es muy buena, se pierden y se roban muchos carros en este condominio, la asociación es poco amistosa y no existe una oficina física para pedir ayuda o información sobre el lugar…
