Great drinks and food selection ,we ordered sushi and it was great
Quiet and elegant. Lobster and scallops were divine but the chocolate soufflé was over the top! You must go!
we had such a horrible New Year's eve experience we will never be back or ever recommend this place. it was freezing inside, the limited menu was inappropriate for the occasion, no substitutions were permitted despite allergy notifications and the cold [soup was lukewarm, and all desserts were cold in an already frigid environment]. no concessions were made, only excuses. staff was always missing, food took very long [and we wanted to leave as soon as possible bc could not stand the cold inside]; reaching out to the restaura... read more

Food are very salty, steak 🥩 should be served with different choices, tea was not warm enough to make us warm while dining during cold weather. Manager was not practicing the “customer service “ rule( etiquette should be practice well)

I love Roy’s! Great Martinis! Butterfish is just like...butter!
The service was very slow and they charged my credit card for another tables check. They didn't even tell me I checked my credit card online and saw that they charged me 3 times. never going back ever! When I called the manager Rebecca said she was sorry and that they corrected their mistake and I informed her no they didn't because I was still being charged! Sorry I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
