Dined at Roy's at JAX Beach for first time tonight. Our waiter, Steve, was excellent. Prawns were too salty & tough. Filet mignon was nicely prepared. This Roy's not on par with Roy's in Maui.

To say service was awful is an understatement. 40 minutes with no waiter even after bringing it to the staff's attention. Will never be back.
