Ordered the Lump Crab Rice as a side. My rice arrived with NO LUMP CRAB MEAT. I was told by the waiter Mark, that the crab meat was present but shredded. which was an insult to my intelligence knowing that LUMP crabmeat is just that..LUMP NOT SHREDDED. After researching the rice I am now aware that indeed no crabmeat was in the rice . Mark also suggested that the Manager was suppose to come by and speak with us but of course that never happened. Best outside fine dining in Jax Beach. Lovely, dog friendly environment with an attentive staff.
Great atmosphere and food
Last 2 times we have been here have been horrible ! Service is horrible . Good thing the manager took care of us at the end. Honestly I have going here for years and it’s sad to see this place going downhill .
