As soon as I got to my table they poured the drinks for us which spilled on my feet & all over the floor. Our food was both undercooked for both myself & my boyfriend. It took a long time to fix. The seasoning was strange especially on green beans it was a strong lemon smell but smelled like "cleaning products". This is not a place i would visit again. The manager was awesome though he really stepped up to make things right. I appreciated that a lot.
Excellent food AND service!!🌺 It was Mahalo Monday and I had Lakanilau roll, roasted macadamia crusted mahi mahi, along with a mango mojito!!🤩💕🤙🏽 ONOLICIOUS!

Service was awful.....food was amazing Packed our dessert to go after we were there for 2 hours and served at separate times.....like literally every single thing I’m hoping once I reach out to this guy he can help me understand what my years in the service industry must not have taught me

Roy’s is always fabulous. The food is outstanding, service is great, I never have any complaints! It’s one of my favorite places!
