I got a shellac manicure and pedicure on a Wednesday last week. By Friday, three of the nails were chipped and then fell off. I went back today, Tuesday, to ask them to fix it and they argued with me about what the color was and refused to let me look at the polishes to pick the one that I remembered it being by name. The woman who I assume was a manger of sorts was quite rude. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DONT BOTHER BOOKING APPOINTMENT THEY WONT KNOW WHO OR WHAT ONCE YOU SHOW UP and they are rude, unprofessional and they ripped up my cuticles so bad that 7 of my fingers are still hurting a full 24 hours later.

Honestly the WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to. Waited almost an hour before i got sat even though there were plenty of seats available, I got a pedicure and didn’t even receive a massage, the nail tech cut 3 of my toes DEEP, didn’t get callous removal, then I sat down for my manicure and they said “you pay first to make sure of payment” which i thought was odd...
