Worst pedi, nail polish all over and did not trim toenails well at all! Facial wax...... very substandard. Mani, cut my skin and bleeding. Can't make this up!!!!! Gave them a try because they're local I will not be back! Total waste of time and money!!!!!!!
RecommendedI had the best experience at royalty nails. I have been doing nails for 30 years and I am very picky and have little patience. I have owned my own salon for several years and I’m super impressed. Are they new? Yes. But they are consistent and very client orient. Will be recommending them for a long time! I’m live in the Nichols hills area and they are very worthy
My daughter went in today and had a terrible experience. The man who did her nails repeatedly burned her with his drill and put the wrong color dip on. I called and they told me to have her come back and they would re-do her nails by someone else. When she arrived they called him up and he said that’s the color she chose. Which it wasn’t. She was so humiliated. We will NEVER go back!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I ran in at lunch today with out an appointment w/ only an hour for a Dip Manicure. Cindy was my tech & took such great care of me. My nails look amazing. I have really thin flat nails & she took the time to shape & file them to look like a natural curve. Jessica the owner checked on me numerous times to make sure all was going well & I would make it back to work in time. If you are looking for a great nail salon; Royalty is your go to!
I’ve been going to Royalty since I was about 14 and have regularly seen Jessica for over a year now! She’s always very kind and listens to what I want, and I bring in an idea and she makes it her own. She always does an amazing job and I always leave satisfied. She perfectly executed my idea and made it come to life with these nails yesterday. Definitely recommend this salon!
Owner (Jessica) was very rude when I pointed out my nails were different colors in spots. I didn’t realize it until I was home, but it looks like 2 colors. You can zoom in on the pic. Looks like a top coat issue? I called and she said if I came back within 1 week she would fix for me for 20% off. Are you kidding me?! No thanks! Your chairs are nice, but your attitude and quality sucks.

Literally the worst nails I have ever had. I wanted just plain white with 2 accent nails that look like the second picture. Which is no where near what I got. They didn’t even cover them completely in the clear top coat so they’re different shades of white in places, and neither hand is anywhere near close to being the same length, as well as cutting me multiple times and saying nothing about it.
