This place is wonderful. Excellent service, superb craftsmanship, and friendly customer relations. I highly recommend this jeweler for all your jewelry needs, whether you are looking to purchase a new piece, have something repaired, put something on consignment, or have something expertly created. They made a beautiful nameplate necklace and several rings for me and my family, and I have also purchased other items from them as well. I have always been impressed with the quality of everything!

I have had very good experiences and excellent customer service at Royalty Jewelers. Whether it is custom made jewelry, a watch battery, or a repair, this "mom and pop" jeweler aims to please. They are a hidden gem on Old CR 54. So happy to have discovered them for all my jewelry needs.

This place ruined my babys bracelet that i was gonna give her for christmas. Worst place ever no costumer service whatsoever. Took my babys bracelet for engravement and what I got back was disgusting. Disnt even look like the one i took in. Messed up beyond repair and cleaned their hands. A $500 bracelet looks now like a crappy $20 bracelet. What a dissapoitment that people like this are in business.
