Royalty is an understatement! These guys are truly a top notch organization with professionalism at the forefront. They picked my car up for me when It was inconvenient for me to get it to them. They let me know throughout the day what they were doing to the car and gave me an great job at an amazing price. I don’t think the car has ever run this good. Royalty’s customer service was truly five-star. Sherwood and Casey were very welcoming and approachable. Sherwood clearly communicated what truck services were required and made every effort to keep us informed with updates. His honesty and recommendations were both refreshing and appreciated. I intend to return to Royalty and highly recommend this family-run business to others.
My dad's car broke down while driving from PA to FL. They took care of him by shuttling him to near by places for lunch and to get a rental. They offer top quality service and offered options for proper repairs on his BMW.
This place is awesome. Took my car to a dealership twice to fix an issue and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong, brought it to Royalty and finally fixed the issue. They worked on the vehicle late to make sure I could turn in my rental before the weekend. Already referred a friend and will keep referring. Great job.
