Very reasonable place. My first visit there I was very impressed. I get into my car to find a beautiful rose and my car cleaned from the inside/out. My car was fixed in a timely manner and the cost was great.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ANYWHERE ELSE! I BEG YOU PLEASE! I don't want anyone else to be $1600 in debt and still having the same problem!!! Lesson learned Royalty auto's warranties sound nice but when you don't honor them they are just words on a piece of paper with no meaning. Royalty auto is the only place I'll take my car to! They always do a great job on my car! Their customer service is amazing! The ladies who work inside are just phenomenal!

Honest and Reliable! Awesome staff and amazing customer service! After a lengthy repair they detailed my car inside and out and also left a rose on my dashboard. If only all businesses/mechanics treated their customers so well!
