RecommendedUsed them for the first time today. It was such a great experience. My tire had a screw in it. They took care of it with great care and such friendly people. My girls really enjoyed the snacks and the kids room. I will be back soon for my van's oil change.

Talk about customer service! These guys make having your vehicle serviced super convenient as well. The fact they will pick up your car and deliver it back really makes them stand out!

if your auto service doesn't wash your car and leave a beautiful rose. You are going to the wrong place. Everyone was beyond Friendly. The wait room had so many choices of snacks, inc ice cream. They worked with my son and myself to get his car up and running. You will be getting all my repairs from now on.
i went in for the event with 3 rivers church. i had additional problems i wasnt aware of and Royalty did everything to help me . from me and many others we thankyou so much for the event . you guys are such a blessing to me any many others. thankyouuu.
I will never take my automobiles anywhere else! Professional, top notch, friendly, reliable, thorough and honest service. And as a bonus, they have ice cold Dr. Peppers and Blue Bell ice cream at the ready 😉
Great experience today. Went in for tire rotation, car had other ideas. Service was explained so I "happily" paid the difference. They gave me a ride to 2nd job, and then home. And then brought me home and later dropped off my car (so clean!) and a flower. So appreciative of everyone at Royalty!

They have serviced multiple things on both mine and my husbands vehicles, always giving us clear quotes, photos to help explain issues/maintenance required and are more than eager to help you understand and feel confident in the work being done.
