If you’re looking for a service shop that is reputable, someone who puts customer service as their top priority... right next to highly skilled and trained technicians, these are the guys to work with. I cannot adequately express my appreciation for this team of professionals. The old adage “You get what you pay for” doesn’t apply to these guys bc you’re getting MUCH MUCH more!
I would recommend Royalty Auto to anyone. They were straight forward, about my car. I didn't have to throw money into a vehicle that wasn't gonna make it. They are trustworthy with excellent customer service.
My car died while at the gas station with my one year old and dog in tow; what could’ve been a really frustrating situation- wasn’t thanks to Royalty! They accommodated me with ease and had the cleanest, nicest reception area equipped with even a play room and diapers! Thanks again!! We’ll absolutely be back for any car needs.
