new roof We bought a house and soon found out that our roof had a leak .We were very disappointed knowing how costly it may be to fix it. We called several companies and got 3 estimates and decide to go with Royal York Roofing. They sound very professional and gave us better price then we expected. Flat roof replacement We had just moved into our new house and had a leak in the flat roof right off the bat. We got four or five estimates and found Royal York Roofing to be reasonably priced and Pavel to be very knowledgable. The crew came within the week, and did the job in a day. It was the beginning of the spring and we have had many big rainstorms since the roof was replaced. No leaks!

Large home with slate roof Pavel is a great guy and did a fabulous job on large family home in Rosedale. There were sloped roofs, flat roofs, slated roofs, shingle roofs. All issues have been fixed and the roof looks great!

roofing repair I bought a new house and lived in it for 6 years and pretty big part of my roof starting to leak. Called a few companys and got few prices. Royal york roofing provided the best price, so i went with them. The guys that came were very proffesional, did the repair in one day left no mess behind and the job was done well. would definitely recomend them!

New Roof Just a quick note to let everybody know that I had Royal York Roofing replace the entire roof on a mid-1970's home I recently purchased. Home I have a 3 story house with a steep slope, I went through a few companies, and Royal York Roofing found the job more effortless price-wise than the rest of the companies. My wife was worried about her flowers and bushes, but the guys did an incredible job at cleaning out every single piece that may have fallen on the ground, they left my house with a great looking roof and great clean up, I might say its cleaner now than before they came.
