Roof replacement We had Royal York Roofing replace the roof on our Semi when it began leaking. The job was done quickly (they started almost right away) and cleanly with minimal disruption to our lives. The best part was that Bruce explained everything clearly and, unlike other companies that quoted the job, didn't try to scare us and run up the cost.

Flat Roof Reolacement RYR had very good ratings everywhere we looked. They're salesman seemed professional. We chose them over competing bids. First day they were supposed to come I took the day off work because they only access is through the house. I was told they would start at 7am. At 11 I called the office since there was no sign of them. I was told they rescheduled until the next day and someone should have called to let me know. They never called. This review is inaccurate to say the least. The reviewer has left out facts that will be stated to balance out this review. We did make some mistakes in our work. We are not perfect at Royal York Roofing. What separates contractors is their actions to mistakes made. The reviewer has made no mention of our response to his concerns. Tawfik has neglected to mention that: 1. He requested a $500.00 discount on his invoice for work missed on the first day when he was not notified until 11 AM that we not be attending his work site.... read more
Roof changed! Royal York Roofing changed the roof on my house and proved to be very professional company. My roof was rather steep and had several layers of shingles. They managed to do all work in one day without any damage to my garden and my new deck. The cleanup was very good. I’m happy with my choice and would like to recommend this company to anyone.

New Roof on House and 2 Car Garage Very happy with the Customer Service from beginning to the end of our project. Bruce was very nice to deal with when we were getting our quote. He explained everything very clearly and after many different quotes, we went with Royal York Roofing. The guys that came to remove our old shingles and install our new roof were VERY hard workers! They got the job done quickly and they did an A+ job. We are happy customers and would be happy to recommend to family, friends and neighbours.

New Shingle Roof The existing roof on the house needed replacing. I called several roofers for a quote. Bruce at Royal York Roofing was great in explaining the process and all the options so I decided to go with them. When the roofing crew got here the first thing they did was protect the flower bed at the front and other easily damaged areas which I greatly appreciated. New roof on house Needed a new roof in a hurry. Royal York got someone out to quote the next day. They came in lower than the other quote, but more importantly, they did a great job. Wonderful customer service from Catherine, Bruce and everyone else. Thorough clean-up too. Really wouldn't have changed a thing -- I lucked out with a great roofing company!

Shingle Roof Repair We had few shingles and piece of chimney flashing blown off by the storm few weeks ago. I called a number of companies to request repairs and decided to go with Royal York Roofing as they were reasonably priced and seemed professional. They came next day and did all repairs as promised. Royal York was professional all the way through and I would recommend them to anyone having roofing problems.
