2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2 Star : Repair Quality The step rails brackets are the old one, they are bent and rusted. Pkus the step rails is back farther than it should be. The interior door panel is not connected all the way a d there are still scratches down by the bottom of the door as well. Nobody even came out to make sure all was good with the vehicle 4.5 Star : Customer Service The ladies were wonderful to work with
5 Star : My Experience Susie and Tori were awesome. They were friendly and professional when giving me regular updates. Susie was a fountain of information explaining everything clearly. This is the second time I've had my car in the body shop and I only have praise for these two staff members.
