3 years ago I needed my 3-rail farm fence pressure cleaned, and I hired Pete and his team for the job. They did a great job and it came out great, so it was an obvious choice to go back to them recently when I needed my driveways and roof cleaned. They did a great job again for a great price, were prompt and professional, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I hired Royal Pressure Cleaning (Royal) to power wash my roof and home exterior, as required by my HOA. Royal did an adequate job, but demonstrated horrendous business practices. During the cleaning process an exterior light was broken. Royal did not inform me that they broke a light and it was damaged beyond repair. Pieces of this critical light (a dark area on the side of my house) were sprawled on the ground. They did work beyond what was their responsibility for no charge. Very pleasant/professional/knowledgeable/fast . I will be calling them for any of my future cleaning of anything.
