I have only been here a few months and really like the staff and people I have met. Good to see the Fall and Halloween decorations going up all around Royal Pointe.....Enjoy it every day.

I LOVE this place!! My husband and I moved in a year ago and just signed another year lease. The quality and friendliness of the staff is unmatched. They really know you and are super friendly. After having lived there hardly any time at all, I could walk in the office and the staff knew me by name. Even the maintenance staff! They're amazing. I've been here for about a year and I love it.
I've been here for close to a year and just renewed my lease. Overall I've been very pleased with the service we have received in all areas. Maintenance has been timely and friendly, office staff has been helpful, and landscaping is generally good. There are occasional planned get-togethers for the community, which is a nice option. Local schools are good, which is important to me, and there is convenient shopping nearby. I feel that for the price and location, we have a great, comfortable place to live.
Ive lived her going on my 4th mo th and royal pointe has made the transition from a house to an apartment easier than i thought. The staff is attentive and maintenance is great. SO far im actually enjoying hear and im hoping it will reach other single women rather raising kids or not. To che k out the communitee
