Although we have only been here since August we love living in this community. The staff is great, mindful, and respectful, the neighbors are fun and interesting, and the community is nice and quiet. We love the way the staff tries to get everyone to participate in things such as getting into the fall/Halloween spirit. Thanks to everyone at royal pointe for making our first home feel like a safe and fun one!

It's been 1.5 years we are staying in this apartment. Excellent apartment, love to stay, friendly leasing staff, very good location. No complaints at all.
We are living at Royal Point Apartments for many reasons almost from 2 years. A. Lovely and kindly ness neighbourhood. B. Very well maintained. C. Never met with any bad incidents. D. Competitive rent. E. Walkeble distance to food markets. And many more reasons...Totally I love this place.
Nice quite neighborhood and well respected. Lived here for a year and have no complaints. The people in the office are fun, friendly, and extremely helpful.
We just moved in here back in June, I must admit I haven't lived in an apartment in over 20+ years and was reluctant to sign a lease, but the staff here made my decision making easy. It's such a quiet neighborhood. Parking could be more but overall I'm satisfied with our decision to move here.
My husband and I love this complex. We are still within our first year however look forward to hopefully signing another lease soon! The staff is truly what makes living here a pleasure..they are always smiling and full of kindness and eager to assist with all your needs. They always go the extra mile for the holidays, whether it be a fun contest or a beautiful card. We also receive a monthly newsletter which is highly appreciated to keep us updated or just giving us some fun facts! So thank you to all the staff!
