The worst place I have been. The staff is rude, the owner is just ignorant. The place is dirty and run down. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!
Best in the Burgh – I have dined many times at this outstanding establishment. Shared in banquets and parties there. The prices have always been unbeatable, the food excellent and the wait staff sterling. Tomorrow I will book another affair there for some 100 people who will enjoy the atmosphere and suroundings that enhance the bill-of-fare.
We had our wedding ceremony & reception at Royal Place and could not be happier with our choice. Ileda and Lee were so helpful and always available to answer my questions or concerns. The room was beautiful. We had a a few guests with disabilities and the servers took care of them with style. The whole experience was wonderful. We looked at several places before making our choice. Amazing Wedding Receptions! – My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Royal Place and it was absolutely amazing. Their banquet room may not impress during regular business hours, but when decorated and set up for our wedding reception, it was beautiful. The food was great, our wait staff were attentive and helpful, Elida and Lee went above and beyond. And their prices for wedding packages are super reasonable. Would reccommend the Royal to anyone for their wedding reception!
Watch out – Walked in to a dark room with dark wood and noone there. The waitress was slow and not personable. The food was as miserable as the the service. I was there with three of my girlfriends and no one enjoyed there meal. There was supposed to be a DJ that night but he never came. We went to the bar and were greated by a smiling face which was nice but too late. Do not recommend for dinner, or parties, or wedding but maybe to get drunk. If only the bartender were on the menu.
My stomach is churning – Please do not come to eat here if you want your stomach to not be churning for a day afterward. I cannot sit comfortably ever after eating here. The service was horrible, the place was dark and dirty, and again the food should not be given to dogs.
Horrible, Sickening Food and Service – Rotted food, horrible service, bizarre management that allowed 20+ people to be served absolute decayed garbage- even though he was aware that the majority of the attendee's were in the "public safety" field. Eat there if you dare- drink at the Royal Place bar if you are ready to pass the sobriety test waiting you north and south on Route 88
Worst food, service, and atmosphere – This is most likely the worst restaurant in the South Hills, if not the entire city. We went on a saturday night at 6:30 for a party for a friend. There was ONE couple in the dining room. Not a good sign. The waitress took our orders and 45 minutes later, I got my order of wings and a salad. Both were just ok. A friend at our table ordered an italian hoagie and was given a fish sandwich. He sent that back and got a Chicken sandwich. Everyone else was done eating by then so he ate it and ... read more
