Heritage Commons, terrible area. Lots of shady people roaming around the area. The place is not well kept, the snow barely shoveled, ice everywhere and on steps waiting for someone to fall. The dumpster constantly full and garbage piling up around it. Animal feces on the ground everywhere you walk. no one takes care of the area or the property. Outdated appliances and leaks. I'm a snob LOL. I went from a five bedroom three bath house to moving into the Royal Park apartments. I can't say enough how happy I am living here.. I made the right decision and I couldn't live in a better place. I truly mean it.. the amount of money they charge for rent it's actually lower than most and the fact that they have brand new appliances and brand new everything when you move in you cannot find that. The best affordable apartments I've ever seen, each apartment is huge, very clean and super quiet, grounds are well kept and the location is perfect for everything you need like grocery stores, mall, banks and restaurants
