My favorite hotel in Denver. The Regency Club is amazing. Adrian is the best! Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

This hotel was fantastic! The room service crew was thoughtful and caring. They sent someone up just to check on us because they heard we weren't feeling well and brought us food and asked if they could get my husband more ice for his knee because he had just had surgery. They were forward thinking, professional, respectful, and efficient. Thank you Hyatt Regency Denver! We will be back for sure!

My main issue with the Hyatt was their sneaky little $50 valet fee I found on my credit card after I came home. NONE of this was disclosed to us via Travelocity, front desk, or event the valet themself. This seems like horrible business etiquette and the reason I rated them like I did. On top of that, the front desk clerk was rude when I tried to ask her about the fee. Typical response was that it was posted on their site somewhere and they would have disclosed that fee to me if I had asked....lol. How do you ask about a fee... read more
Good service nice rooms,they took care about your small things too.All arrangements were well organized.
Love the location of this hotel. It is in the middle of EVERYTHING! The wonderful ladies from Ethiopia have served us very well during our ASCD Conference. Denver, Colorado is amazing! I will be back and the Hyatt Regency is where I will be staying.
