Ashley and her team at Royal Palms Property Management are hands down the best property management group we’ve ever worked with! They are excellent communicators, prompt responses to any questions or concerns. Always professional. If I ever needed to schedule a call with Ashley doing so was easy . I felt like they always had our best interest. Call them today you won’t regret working with them.
The company did nothing to help me get into the apartment they said i lied about my disability and didn’t get help with the application. Maria Aceves was extremely rude and talked to me like I was less then her ! They said i have no rental history but I do however they didn't care to do the work !!! If i wasent already dealing with 2 cases I would be documenting everything rn and bringing this company to court ! #royalpalmpropertyscam
I have rented from this company for several years and have had a poor experience specifically with kaddandra the unhelpful office management I have requested to speak to her supervisor several times which sge refuses they have attempted to incorrectly charge me and give me a hard time about resolving issues I do not recommend using this company or renting from them
