Updated review: it does not matter how well you personally clean your apartment or home with Royal Palm you MUST hire a professional cleaner and submit receipts or you will be charged an exorbitant fee for them to (maybe) hire a cleaner after the fact. Better yet might as well save yourself the time and not clean at all so the cleaners they hire have something to do to earn what you’re charged. Walk don’t run, as far as you can AWAY from Royal palm property management. The very first day of my lease, my best friend, my self and my then 2 year old moved in. It was great we all had a bedroom, the rent price couldn’t have been beat it was amazing. BOY WAS I IN FOR A ROLLER COASTER OF EMOTIONS.
