The company did nothing to help me get into the apartment they said i lied about my disability and didn’t get help with the application. Maria Aceves was extremely rude and talked to me like I was less then her ! They said i have no rental history but I do however they didn't care to do the work !!! If i wasent already dealing with 2 cases I would be documenting everything rn and bringing this company to court ! #royalpalmpropertyscam
I have rented from this company for several years and have had a poor experience specifically with kaddandra the unhelpful office management I have requested to speak to her supervisor several times which sge refuses they have attempted to incorrectly charge me and give me a hard time about resolving issues I do not recommend using this company or renting from them
