Property is clean,shady tenants
Dropped by to visit with a friend who resides there. I like the location because it is near eateries, churches, shopping, and childcare. Her unit is clean and well kept, but they shared how they have taken on the responsibility of completing repairs themselves due to lack of response from management. And some of the neighbors had car parts on their balcony, raggedy blinds at the windows.... things that can be addressed just to keep up a decent presence. It appeared to be pretty quiet, though, which is a definite plus.
