Honesty is the best policy! – Got my van serviced at Midas today. I was very impressed with the service. They are friendly, informative, and do not put on any pressure. It was an expensive trip (as most repairs are), but if it keeps my family safe then that is what's important. On top of that, I had left some paperwork there by accident and they called to let me know they had it. They also told me right out that they had made a mistake and would correct it immediately! AWESOME – Dan and the gang are awesome! I went to Expert Car Care on Howell Branch and they lied to me about needing front & back brakes & rotors so I took it to Midas since I have the lifetime warranty brakes and Midas told me that I don't even have back rotors, I have drums and they look perfect. I ended up only needing to get the front ones replaced. I love Midas, they have never ripped me off or lied to me.
Good work, bad service. – I 'WAS' a returning costumer hence the fact that I've also brought people here. But EVERYTIME I go here they always try to find a way to charge me more! Warning: Please read what you are being charged for! I only needed one hose replaced but instead they charged me for TWO and didn't tell me until I read my receipt. After I asked about it, they said that once it's in its in and they can't put it back plus they threw out my old ones. Also they said I should replace it anyways. I'm like... it was an e... read more

Midas at 3400 S Orange Ave – Sean and the crew have been great to me. When my car wouldn't start, they helped me find an inexpensive tow to the shop, put it on my bill so I didn't have to wait there to pay the tow truck driver, and fixed my car the same day. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Plus, they offer a 10% discount to FL hospital employees. Go and see him today!
